Operations Manager, Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and optimize property listings, including photography, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Utilize dynamic pricing strategies to maximize income potential.

• Manage reservations and foster positive guest relationships.

• Address communications, check-ins, and any disputes that arise.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Operate the business via the ALB platform.

• Background in real estate, sales, or relevant sectors is advantageous.
