Director, Process Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute initiatives aimed at achieving business process excellence across the organization.

• Analyze and rectify operational inefficiencies utilizing Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies.

• Provide leadership and supervision over the implementation processes within business units.

• Ensure the company's compliance with established implementation processes.

• Oversee business and program implementations to align with budgetary, timeline, and contractual obligations.

• Maintain standard structures for business implementation, including organizational and team structures, work breakdown structures, work planning, issue logs, decision logs, change control, and executive reports.

• Offer insights on operating models, standard corporate functions, information system models, performance metrics, anticipated outcomes, and planning impacts.

• Facilitate coordination of cross-functional tasks among both internal and external teams.

• Communicate project progress to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Mentor project team members and stakeholders, utilizing suitable tools and techniques to enhance and sustain commitment to portfolio objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in process optimization, process improvement, or project management.

• Proficiency in Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies.

• Familiarity with process mapping, process design, and workflow management software and applications.

• Six Sigma/LEAN Certification is highly preferred.
