Software and Warranty Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Support purchasing functions and familiarize yourself with customer vendor contracts, agreements, program rules, price lists, SKUs, cost negotiations, audits, internal controls, estimated times of arrival (ETAs), customer returns, and daily purchasing reports.

• Oversee the team queue and reassign cases as necessary.

• Submit requests and manage cases related to Software License, Cloud, Activations, and Warranty lifecycle operations within the defined service level agreements.

• Take necessary actions to activate and register customer purchases in accordance with vendor requirements.

• Monitor deliverables to finalize orders and aid in revenue recognition.

• Build and sustain relationships through webinars and discussions with vendor and supplier support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship for employment is not available.

• Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft 365 Business applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and SharePoint.

• Strong attention to detail when creating, entering, and reviewing professional business documents.

• Capable of communicating clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.

• Proven discretion and ability to function in a confidential executive setting with sound judgment.

• Ability to solve routine problems and recognize when escalation is warranted.

• Capacity to identify process enhancements and system improvements in a dynamic environment.

• Basic understanding of Cloud, Software, Activations, and Warranty operational processes and procedures.

• Competence in advising and training team members.

• Proficient in working independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting established service levels.

• Willingness to learn new concepts with minimal guidance or training.
