Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services – France

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties available on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, including photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Execute dynamic pricing strategies (yield management).

• Handle reservations and foster positive guest relations.

• Communicate with guests and manage check-in processes.

• Resolve disputes effectively.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance services between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in delegating the management of their properties.

• Oversee and assess the business through the ALB platform.

• Potentially assemble a team of City Managers under a sponsorship framework.
