Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings, which include high-quality photos, engaging descriptions, and effective SEO strategies.

• Apply yield management and dynamic pricing techniques to maximize revenue.

• Handle reservations and foster guest relations, which encompasses messaging, check-in procedures, and resolving disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams in between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in delegating the management of their properties.

• Opportunity to build and cultivate a team of City Managers through sponsorship.
