Operations Manager – Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties available on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, focusing on photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize overall revenue.

• Handle bookings and guest interactions, including communication, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Identify and engage new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Manage and oversee business operations via the ALB platform.

• Recruit City Managers as needed, providing sponsorship and support.

• Background in real estate, sales, or a related industry is advantageous.

• Strong entrepreneurial drive and self-sufficiency.
