Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, publish, and refine listings, incorporating photos, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue potential.

• Handle reservations and guest interactions, including messaging, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Manage operations via the ALB platform and respond to inquiries from property owners in the specified region.

• Must have self-employed status.

• Ability to persuade property owners and foster trust-based relationships.

• Strong motivation and drive.

• Independence, bolstered by a structured support network.

• Interest in establishing a long-term recurring income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other industries is beneficial; however, no specific industry background is mandatory.
