Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings, which include imagery, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Manage reservations and foster positive guest relations.

• Address messages, facilitate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams in between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Monitor inquiries from property owners in the designated area and oversee business operations through the ALB platform.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Must be an independent contractor.

• Capability to persuade property owners and establish trust with them.

• Self-motivated and autonomous.

• Interest in developing a sustainable, long-term income stream.

• Background in real estate, sales, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory; no specific industry experience is required.
