Operations Manager, Property Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties available on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings, which include photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies (yield management).

• Handle reservations and manage guest relations, encompassing messaging, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Operate through the ALB platform and respond to inquiries from property owners within your locality.

• Create a portfolio of managed properties.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your mentorship and earn commissions based on their performance.
