Operations Manager, Pharmaceutical Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the forecasting process along with commercial business planning.

• Organize and lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.

• Prepare analyses, dashboards, and management reports for stakeholders.

• Evaluate business developments to pinpoint opportunities, risks, and areas for enhancement.

• Continuously improve and refine commercial processes following LEAN principles.

• Execute automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Introduce, utilize, and consistently upgrade commercial systems and digital tools.

• Ensure adherence to consistent reporting standards supported by high-quality data.

• Assist the Country General Manager and Sales Managers in business reviews, performance analyses, and management presentations.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams in Commercial Excellence, Pricing, Marketing, and Supply Chain on international projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Significant professional experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in forecasting, sales planning, or integrated business planning processes.

• Strong analytical abilities and a thorough understanding of business relationships.

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and contemporary AI-powered applications for data analysis and process optimization.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with experience in managing cross-functional projects.

• A proactive and solution-focused approach to work.

• Exceptional written and verbal skills in both German and English.
