This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide centralized leadership for the coordination and execution of in-person, digital, and hybrid events/programs.
• Lead, mentor, and coach members of the Event Management team across various markets and event types.
• Conduct performance management, development discussions, and goal-setting activities.
• Organize regular team meetings, facilitate communications, support onboarding, and initiate training programs.
• Oversee labor management, time tracking, T&E reporting, and the approval of invoices.
• Assist assigned target accounts through project oversight, relationship management, and financial and compliance oversight.
• Ensure compliance with workflows, client SOPs, and best practices across all accounts.
• Review and audit team transactions for accuracy.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on SLA, finance, compliance, and event management.
• Support new initiatives, drive process improvements, and foster continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage the customer experience while balancing customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and organizational costs.
• Maximize contribution margins through effective event management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in meetings, events, and/or incentive travel (pre- and/or post-sale).
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance and/or accounting-related functions.
• 1–2 years of demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial oversight for programs or accounts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and motivational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of an organization, including clients and external partners.
• Experience in the global travel or hospitality industry.
• Understanding of experience design and the ability to connect event outcomes with business objectives.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CMP, CIS, CITP, HMCC, or DES are advantageous.
