This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the event registration strategy for Stripe’s Corporate Events team, encompassing pricing models, attendee flows, promotional tactics, and registration policies.
• Design and document registration experiences tailored for various attendee types, including communications, calendar invites, nurture campaigns, and follow-ups.
• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends and inform event strategies.
• Define the annual events web roadmap, allocate resources, outline project phases, and establish timelines.
• Create compelling landing page content and manage transactional registration communications.
• Oversee internal and vendor registration systems as well as data movement.
• Ensure compliance with legal and security procedures for registration and attendee screening.
• Define and implement the event mobile app registration strategy, managing app development, testing, quality control, and operation.
• Supervise registration projects from the planning stage through onsite management and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional and global teams, agencies, vendors, and security partners.
• Prepare weekly registration reports for executives and leadership teams.
• Conduct audits and quality control on registration data for landing pages, forms, and event materials.
• Prepare onsite check-in, badging, scanning, contingency, and escalation processes.
• Act as the primary contact for onsite registration escalations.
• Travel to support onsite execution.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in event registration management for both paid external and internal events.
• Proficient in event registration software and technical tools.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering relationships across departments and with external partners.
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.

• Preferred experience with Slack, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Drive, Figma, and Asana.
• Preferred experience in international contexts with an understanding of regional differences.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and social media promotion.
• Travel will be required to support onsite execution.
