📋 Description

• Guide clients through the various stages of event planning by employing milestone-based strategies and effectively communicating timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

• Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and events.

• Leverage event management tools, templates, and documentation for effective planning, execution, and reporting.

• Create and maintain registration websites, attendee communications, reporting, and event technology solutions.

• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for event management technology platforms.

• Aid in venue sourcing while ensuring expertise in registration and event technology platforms.

• Support attendee management, housing coordination, transportation logistics, audiovisual setups, food and beverage planning, and virtual meeting assistance.

• Oversee and track event budgets, pinpointing risks, opportunities, and cost-saving suggestions.

• Present approved pricing for additional services and support initiatives that generate revenue.

• Compile reports and analyze event-related data to align with client goals and inform business decisions.

• Adhere to the sales-to-operations handoff procedures for smooth onboarding and execution of new events.

• Update clients on milestones, registration activities, budget tracking, and overall event progress.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal team members.

• Keep abreast of new event technology solutions, industry trends, and best practices.

• Identify enhancements for processes, efficiency, and client outcomes, sharing insights with leadership.

• Maintain precise event records, tracking mechanisms, and reporting systems.

• Provide on-site event support and travel as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted.

• Two to five years of experience in event planning, meeting management, hospitality, conference services, or a similar field.

• Experience with registration platforms, attendee management systems, or event technology solutions is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a client-facing setting.

• Familiarity with corporate meetings, conferences, and event operations is preferred.

• Knowledge of meeting and event planning principles, processes, and industry best practices.

• Understanding of attendee management, venue sourcing, registration technology, virtual meeting solutions, housing management, and event logistics.

• Ability to learn and adapt to various event technology and registration platforms.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple events concurrently.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.

• Capability to analyze event data and create accurate reports and recommendations.

• Knowledge of budget management principles, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.

• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
