📋 Description

• Act as the production lead for the planning and execution of large-scale events and national programs, overseeing budgets, timelines, staffing requirements, logistics, contingency plans, and on-site execution.

• Manage relationships with vendors and agencies while researching and sourcing execution partners and other resources that align with event goals.

• Assist in transforming creative concepts and business objectives into detailed production strategies.

• Collaborate with the VIP Team and cross-functional stakeholders to collect feedback, pinpoint key learnings, and establish repeatable practices that enhance future events.

• Represent the DraftKings brand at events, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for attendees.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in experiential events, event planning, hospitality, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing complex event production, including spatial planning, fabrication, scenic design, logistics, budgeting, financial forecasting, and vendor negotiations.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple events, shifting priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and event participants.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

• Willingness to travel and work nights or weekends as necessary for event execution.

• Capability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.
