Operations Manager, Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, incorporating visuals, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue generation.

• Manage bookings and foster positive guest relations.

• Address messages, facilitate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Operate the business via the ALB platform.

• Expand a portfolio of managed properties.

• Potentially recruit City Managers under your mentorship.

• Must hold independent contractor status.

• Capability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust-based relationships.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other relevant fields is advantageous.

• Self-motivation and effective self-management skills are essential.
