Operations Manager, Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, including images, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing models to optimize revenue.

• Handle booking processes and manage guest interactions, including messaging, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• A desire for independence while receiving support from a structured network.

• Interest in establishing a recurring, long-term revenue stream.
