Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the ATS, recruiting tools, and the overall recruiting framework.

• Analyze current workflows, pinpoint gaps, and develop more efficient processes.

• Recognize repetitive or manual tasks and implement scalable solutions.

• Create dashboards and reports that track funnel performance, hiring speed, bottlenecks, and recruiter effectiveness.

• Ensure that recruitment data is precise, well-structured, and suitable for informed decision-making.

• Assist in the design and implementation of scalable hiring initiatives.

• Guarantee that the candidate experience is consistent, efficient, and of high quality.

• Collaborate with Talent, hiring managers, People, and other departments to ensure processes function as intended.

• Proactively identify issues, areas for improvement, and potential future developments.

• Manage multiple workstreams concurrently and make informed prioritization decisions without needing complete task definitions.

• Report directly to the Head of Operations, Talent.

• A solid academic background in a quantitative field.

• Exceptional structured thinking and analytical skills.

• Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

• Proven experience in independently managing projects from problem identification to implementation.

• Capability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on overarching objectives.

• Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders.

• A proactive approach with a clear inclination towards action.

• Interest in systems, processes, automation, and data.

• A strong background in SQL, Python, or workflow automation is advantageous.
