Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily operations across various departments

• Convert company objectives into explicit priorities, plans, and accountability

• Mentor, coach, and develop managers and team leaders

• Collaborate directly with company leadership on strategic projects and organizational enhancements

• Set and track operational KPIs and performance benchmarks

• Identify operational challenges, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions

• Develop and refine SOPs, workflows, systems, and reporting mechanisms

• Enhance efficiency, service quality, employee productivity, and client satisfaction

• Ensure managers and teams are accountable for their performance and outcomes

• Coordinate efforts among property management, field operations, finance, maintenance, and other teams

• Address operational challenges with minimal oversight

• Make informed decisions that foster company growth and profitability

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of advancing experience in operations, business management, property management, real estate, or related leadership roles

• Demonstrated expertise in managing teams and ideally, managers or team leaders

• Proven track record of enhancing business operations and processes

• Solid understanding of KPIs, performance management, and operational reporting

• Exceptional leadership, judgment, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to hold individuals accountable and navigate challenging situations

• An AI-driven approach is essential, with a readiness to leverage AI for improving workflows, decision-making, and productivity

• Experience in property management, real estate, construction, facilities, or HOA/condominium management is preferred

• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is preferred

• Experience in developing SOPs, KPI dashboards, organizational frameworks, or management systems is preferred

• Background in automation, workflow optimization, or AI-assisted processes is preferred

• Familiarity with Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Asana, or similar platforms is preferred

• Experience working directly with executives, owners, or a CEO is preferred
