Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Business Development Coordinators, Business Developers, and the Vice President to optimize operational processes.

• Supervise project planning, execution, and enhancements to improve efficiency.

• Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at international recruitment.

• Serve as the main point of contact between recruitment teams and external partners.

• Manage incoming inquiries from agents while fostering business relationships.

• Aid in the development of agents and key accounts, including addressing escalations and resolving issues.

• Monitor and evaluate KPIs, team objectives, and performance metrics.

• Deliver critical business insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• Maintain databases, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

• Identify shortcomings in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes and suggest enhancements.

• Support compliance with contract policies and ensure adherence to internal protocols.

• Collaborate across departments to improve operational systems and reporting structures.

• Demonstrated experience in operations, business development, or project management.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, global environment.

• Experience in international education, recruitment, or a similar industry is advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities, with a background in data reporting and performance metrics.

• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and various CRM tools.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently with senior leadership and executive teams.
