Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties featured on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings, focusing on visuals, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue.

• Handle bookings and guest interactions, including communication, check-ins, and issue resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance services between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Manage operations via the ALB platform and address inquiries from property owners within your locality.

• Strong ability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous.

• Self-driven and autonomous, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Aspiration to create a sustainable income stream over the long term.
