Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, including photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Manage reservations and foster positive guest relations.

• Address inquiries, facilitate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance services between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Expand a portfolio of managed properties.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under a referral scheme to earn commissions based on their performance.

• Background in real estate, sales, or any other relevant industry is acceptable.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
