Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings, including photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue potential.

• Handle bookings and cultivate guest relationships.

• Address inquiries and manage check-ins and any disputes that may arise.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in delegating property management.

• Oversee operations utilizing the ALB platform.

• Recruit and potentially mentor City Managers.

• Must have self-employed status.

• Strong motivation and the ability to persuade property owners while establishing trust.

• Capability to work independently with the backing of a structured network.

• Ambition to create a sustainable income stream over the long term.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
