Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and improve property listings, focusing on photos, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Handle bookings and guest interactions, including communication, check-ins, and resolution of disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Track operations live using the ALB platform.

• Potentially recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance.
