Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties featured on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings, which include photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing techniques to optimize revenue generation.

• Manage guest bookings and foster positive relationships with guests.

• Handle communication, check-ins, and any disputes that may arise.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Oversee and track business operations through the ALB platform.

• Optionally recruit City Managers via the referral program and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Status as an independent contractor.

• Ability to influence property owners and establish trust.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of autonomy.

• Interest in developing a long-term recurring income.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or similar fields is appreciated; no specific industry experience is necessary.
