Operations Manager – ABA Therapy, In Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for in-home service delivery.

• Manage scheduling for clients and staff to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality care.

• Support and onboard Behavior Technicians engaged in fieldwork.

• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership to ensure seamless service coordination.

• Assist with community outreach efforts and building local relationships.

• Act as a liaison for families to guarantee a positive experience with our services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA or behavioral health.

• Preferred 3+ years of experience in scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Capability to organize, multitask, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in supporting or leading teams is a plus.

• Must reside within driving distance to one of our clinics in the Savannah area.

• Self-driven and able to work collaboratively.
