Operations Lead, Strategic Growth Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Develop technology that assists families in managing daily routines and navigating significant life transitions through the OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator brands.

• Provide clarity in ambiguous situations and unify cross-functional teams.

• Transition high-priority growth initiatives from conception to execution.

• Collaborate with teams across Product, Go-To-Market, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, and leadership.

• Utilize AI as a practical resource to enhance speed, quality, and operational leverage.

• Report directly to the VP of Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, product operations, business operations, growth, partnerships, consulting, investing, banking, or a similarly high-responsibility environment.

• Ideally, a combination of strategic training and significant operational experience within a company.

• Experience in SaaS, consumer technology, marketplaces, healthcare technology, fintech, or another technology-driven business.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines.

• Experience in supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, strategic partnerships, commercial experiments, or growth projects.

• High level of comfort with AI tools and a genuine interest in how AI can enhance business operations, productivity, and decision-making.

• Preferred: experience working closely with Product and Engineering; partnerships, business development, channel strategy, or ecosystem development; automation/workflow platforms like Claude, Notion AI, Airtable, or Zapier; and the development of dashboards, operating metrics, launch plans, internal playbooks, or executive reporting.

• Ability to establish structure without waiting for clearly defined responsibilities.

• Structured, analytical problem-solving skills and strong business judgment.

• Ability to build trust across Product, Go-To-Market, Operations, Finance, Legal, Partnerships, and leadership.

• Action-oriented and comfortable with both implementation and details.

• Active use of AI tools to enhance individual and team operations.
