Operations Intern, MSI & LeaseTrack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, enhance, and contribute to the development of current training programs, guides, and internal documentation for the MSI and LeaseTrack operations teams.

• Rotate through various operational roles to acquire a comprehensive understanding of how MSI and LeaseTrack programs are managed and supported.

• Assist in the assessment and analysis of operational reports, workflows, and records.

• Attend cross-functional meetings to gain insights into process coordination, implementation, and ownership.

• Help prepare operational status reports and other documentation for management review.

• Facilitate the coordination of projects, technology implementations, and process improvement initiatives across different teams.

• Support special projects as directed by management.

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college program focused on business management, operations, economics, risk management, or a related discipline.

• Proven interest in business operations, process enhancement, and the insurance sector.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage with various organizational levels.

• Ability to work autonomously while promoting a positive team dynamic in a remote setting.

• Dependable internet access and an appropriate remote work environment.

• Capacity to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
