Operations Intern, MSI & LeaseTrack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in various key functions supporting MSI and LeaseTrack to gain insights into daily program administration and support.

• Evaluate, enhance, and assist in the development of training programs, guides, and internal process documentation.

• Analyze operational reports, workflows, and records for improvement opportunities.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings to comprehend process coordination, implementation, and ownership.

• Aid in the creation of operational status reports and documentation for management review.

• Support the coordination of projects, technology implementations, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Contribute to special projects as assigned by management.

• Currently enrolled in a recognized college program focusing on business management, operations, economics, risk management, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated interest in business operations, process enhancement, and the insurance sector.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team and engage with different levels of the organization.

• Ability to work independently while promoting a positive group dynamic in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet access and an appropriate setup for remote work.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
