Operations Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Organizing and overseeing the storage and distribution of products across various warehouses.

• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service.

• Directing, optimizing, and coordinating the complete order cycle.

• Engaging and negotiating with customers, transport providers, and other stakeholders.

• Taking responsibility for comprehensive supply chain management.

• Serving as a liaison between the client and the onsite warehouse team to ensure seamless operations.

• Offering timely support and solutions to client inquiries and requests.

• Coordinating daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Assisting in documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions.

• Upholding high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong soft skills and exceptional communication abilities.

• Familiarity with the logistics and warehousing sector.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word at a professional level.

• Ownership of a laptop is mandatory.

• Language proficiency: Hindi (mandatory) and English (additional languages are a plus).
