Operations Data Validation – Reconciliation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive root-cause analysis on discrepancies found in operational reports related to Purchase Order Validations, Build Validations, Inbound vs. Outbound Validations, and Item Receipt Validations.

• Regularly monitor error logs and keep tracking updated in Asana.

• Record daily summaries that detail unresolved error counts, absolute error rates, investigative outcomes, root causes, and any operational or technical obstacles.

• Identify, document, and escalate issues related to system flagging errors, including both false positives and false negatives.

• Work in collaboration with operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams to address systemic data bugs and implement lasting solutions.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for investigating complex data issues down to their root causes.

• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools such as Asana.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset in communicating findings and obstacles.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling collaboration across operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams.
