Operations Data Validation, Reconciliation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough investigations into discrepancies in operational reports through comprehensive root-cause analysis of Purchase Orders, Builds, Inbound vs. Outbound processes, and Item Receipt validations.

• Oversee error logs and maintain a daily audit tracking system in Asana.

• Document daily summaries that include unresolved error counts, absolute error rates, investigative outcomes, root causes, and any obstacles encountered.

• Recognize, record, and escalate system flagging errors, which may include both false positives and false negatives.

• Work collaboratively with operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams to address systemic data issues and implement sustainable solutions.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in tracing complex data issues to their root causes.

• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and Asana.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive stance in conveying findings and challenges.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams.
