This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute corporate actions, which encompass spinoffs, distributions, mergers, tender/exchange offers, and both mandatory and voluntary reorganizations.

• Facilitate clearance and settlement operations.

• Address data quality concerns and booking discrepancies.

• Assist in developing operational processes and controls for self-clearing and corporate actions.

• Work in collaboration with engineering, product, and compliance departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active Series 24 (General Securities Principal) license.

• Hands-on experience in processing corporate actions (splits, spinoffs, distributions, mergers, tender/exchange offers) within a broker-dealer or clearing organization.

• Familiarity with clearance and settlement functions in a self-clearing or correspondent clearing setting.

• Proficiency in NSCC/DTC procedures, position reconciliation, and asset servicing.

• Comprehensive understanding of double-entry booking processes and reconciliation across custody, trade, and cash ledgers.

• Experience in margin financing, trading, or underwriting operations is advantageous.
