Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure data accuracy and organization across Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace

• Assist in conducting permissions reviews and basic system audits

• Test workflows and identify issues prior to deployment

• Research and assist in the implementation of new tools

• Configure and conduct quality assurance for simple workflows and integrations

• Maintain standard operating procedures, guides, and internal documentation

• Track expenses, process invoices, and aid in reconciliations

• Collect and organize information for filings and vendor coordination

• Update website pages and publish blog posts

• Conduct quality assurance on website links and forms

• Manage miscellaneous administrative and quality assurance tasks

• Identify discrepancies and raise issues proactively

• Collaborate closely with senior operators and support mission-driven startups in areas like AI safety, global development, and related fields

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or related fields

• Experience in supporting at least 1–2 operational areas, such as tooling, finance, documentation, or administration

• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack, or a strong ability to learn quickly

• Dependability and initiative in completing assigned tasks

• Preferred: experience in startups or fast-paced environments

• Preferred: knowledge of Airtable, Zapier, or Make

• Preferred: interest in AI tools or automation
