Operations Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Translate the operations strategy into a prioritized portfolio of data, analytics, and AI challenges.

• Convert data into narratives that influence specific operational decisions.

• Propel insights into contact-center and back-office workflows while taking ownership of their adoption.

• Assess use cases for the central data team's development queue.

• Draft specifications that include definitions, shared data dependencies, and criteria for completion.

• Analyze delivered data products to determine their accuracy.

• Shape and evaluate AI applications related to operations data.

• Represent operations in the governance and application of AI capabilities.

• Collaborate with the central data and engineering teams to jointly manage use cases and achieve outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in a data product owner, analytics, or data subject matter expert role.

• Proven history of data initiatives that positively impacted business outcomes.

• Proficient in operational data and reporting.

• Capable of critically interpreting data and models without necessarily building them.

• Experience in collaborating with a central data organization.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence, and build trust with senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with applied AI, including capabilities and governance surrounding AI and agentic functions.

• Knowledge of the modern data stack, including Snowflake and associated tools.

• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to investigate data inconsistencies.

• Demonstrates empathy, adaptability, and the capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Preferred: Background in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.

• Preferred: Experience in contact-center or operations domains, including Amazon Connect and Snowflake-based analytics.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience in defining dashboards or data products utilized by teams.
