This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +2 more countries.
• Assist in the implementation and upkeep of an operational performance framework, which encompasses KPIs, reporting systems, and service-level objectives.
• Monitor EPI, member, and vendor performance alongside resilience data, pinpointing risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop materials for service evaluations, quarterly Member Advisory Group meetings, board reports, and other key stakeholders.
• Spearhead documentary assessments by cataloging documentation and processes, aiding teams in addressing gaps, and reorganizing the document library.
• Follow up on internal audits and enhancement initiatives, coordinating action items, tracking deadlines, and reporting on progress.
• Assist in escalations by collecting pertinent information and aiding stakeholders in identifying feasible resolution options.
• Enhance collaboration among Operations, EPI, and its members.
• Report directly to the Head of Operational Excellence and collaborate with teams across EPI and its members.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, service delivery, operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a project management certification is advantageous.
• Proficient in English (CEFR C1 or C2).
• Knowledge of French, German, Dutch, or another European language is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of autonomy while effectively collaborating in a multicultural setting.
• Experience in tracking KPIs, performance metrics, action plans, or project advancements and translating findings into clear reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for creating concise materials for senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized approach to project follow-ups, documentation, and process enhancements.
• Familiarity with SLA/SLO, CMMI, Kanban, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Interest in fintech and payments, including knowledge of DORA and PSD2 is advantageous.
