This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational business relationships of major accounts with both global and regional presence.

• Participate in account teams and offer operational insights.

• Strategically plan and conduct business analyses, providing recommendations to sales teams and business units.

• Serve as an escalation point and work collaboratively across functions to address complex operational challenges.

• Advocate for customer/partner requirements and supply business specifications for intricate projects.

• Execute evaluations following project completion.

• Organize and facilitate operational performance reviews with customers/partners.

• Lead initiatives for improvement.

• Advise and consult with internal clients up to the Director level on intricate operational issues.

• Inform customers/partners and internal clients about changes to operational processes.

• Oversee implementation phases.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior employees.


⛳️ Requirements

• A first-level university degree or equivalent experience is required.

• An advanced university degree is preferred.

• Generally, 6-10 years of related experience is expected, ideally in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management.

• Typically, 2-4 years of experience in supporting global/regional accounts or large, complex domestic accounts is needed.

• Project management experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in English and the local language, along with other languages as necessary.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and influencing abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of core HP businesses and revenue cycles.

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and analysis.

• Capability to collaborate and network with various groups and functions.

• Ability to build and sustain relationships with external customers/partners up to the Director level.

• Robust financial and business insight.

• Capacity to identify and enact customer-specific process enhancements.
