This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the operational business relationship for major accounts, which may have a global or regional scope.
• Participate in account teams, offering operational insights.
• Organize and lead business analysis initiatives while providing recommendations to sales teams and business units.
• Act as a point of escalation, collaborating across various functions to resolve intricate operational challenges.
• Advocate for customer/partner requirements and supply business specifications for complex projects.
• Carry out post-project assessments.
• Prepare and conduct operational performance reviews with customers and partners.
• Promote improvement initiatives.
• Provide consultation and guidance to internal clients, up to the Director level, on complex operational issues.
• Relay operational process changes to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation phases.
• Lead or contribute expertise to functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct process enhancements and formulate policies.
• Serve as the organization's representative to external customers and clients.
• Mentor and guide junior employees.
• A first-level university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• An advanced university degree is preferred.
• Generally, 6-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management.
• Typically, 2-4 years of experience in supporting global/regional accounts or large, intricate domestic accounts.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and the local language, along with other languages as necessary.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and analysis.
• Ability to collaborate and network with diverse groups and functions.
• Capacity to build and maintain relationships with external customers and partners at the Director level.

• Capability to identify and implement process enhancements tailored to customer needs.
