Operation Manager – Asphalt North Mobila

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Have technical and financial responsibility for the execution of production

• Supervise subordinate staff

• Lead operations at NCC's mobile asphalt plants in northern Sweden

• Work with mobile asphalt plants that are occasionally utilized in southern Sweden

• Drive and achieve results in collaboration with others

• Contribute to employee development and work towards shared goals

• Promote a positive work environment

• Operate in accordance with NCC Industry's management system and contribute to improvement, development, and goal fulfillment

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education at a minimum of upper secondary level

• Several years of work experience in the asphalt industry or other industrial sectors, or alternatively in construction and civil engineering

• Experience in sales and marketing matters

• Ability to establish and nurture good relationships with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors

• A valid B driver's license is required

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively

• Background checks will be conducted on final candidates
