This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote a portfolio of capital and consumables that address complications in respiratory surgery.

• Generate revenue through sales to key personnel in hospitals and end customers.

• Provide accurate forecasts for business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Cultivate customer relationships, identifying and targeting their product needs.

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies.

• Guide the development of opportunities within the territory and oversee related activities.

• Identify, qualify, prepare, and execute sales strategies to sustain current business while pursuing competitive and growth opportunities.

• Develop and finalize product sales inquiries and leads within the designated geographic area.

• Collaborate with regionally aligned field sales teams to enhance revenue and meet sales objectives.

• Create, negotiate, finalize, and oversee profitable agreements.

• Utilize and update sales tools to monitor business trends, develop call strategies, and manage territory and strategic business plans.

• Communicate strategic messages at trade shows, presentations, and board meetings.

• Offer consultation on product features and benefits, value messaging, and clinical support.

• Oversee coordination and support for clinical evaluations and pre-sales activities.

• Conduct implementation, product education, in-servicing, and ongoing support after sales.

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Keep a comprehensive understanding of related products, applications, programs, and value-added services.

• Efficiently utilize Specialist and Clinical resources to enhance the sales process.

• Notify the Regional Business Manager and local team members about new account opportunities.

• Complete designated projects and administrative tasks.

• Adhere to Vendor Credentialing requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Medical Device Operating Room sales, including managing an individual quota.

• Experience in selling within the acute care hospital operating room environment.

• Ability to rapidly compile contracts with supporting financial business cases.

• Proven track record of success in complex sales and clinical environments.

• Strong expertise in computer applications and business software.

• Comprehensive understanding of the sales process.

• Familiarity with the medical sales sector.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding client interaction abilities.

• For degrees obtained outside of the U.S., a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is mandatory.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must reside within the assigned territory.

• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
