Open Source Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Foster and expand open-source communities

• Create and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain contributors

• Engage directly in community discussions and oversee interactions

• Work collaboratively with engineering and product teams

• Monitor and report on community health metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in building and/or managing open-source communities

• Proficient in technical concepts and fluent in AI

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git; GitHub/GitLab workflows)

• Experience in moderating forums, issue trackers, mailing lists, or chat platforms

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
