Online Facilitation, Contemporary Issues in Banking and Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance to a cohort of 20–25 undergraduate online learners.

• Assist students with academic writing, research techniques, and time management skills.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions for clarifying doubts, offering academic advice, and reviewing assessment drafts.

• Direct students to appropriate reference materials.

• Evaluate assessments and provide detailed feedback.

• Oversee discussion forums and manage student interactions.

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support for student inquiries and challenges.

• Engage with students promptly via email, phone calls, or online meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India.

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at a reputable university or college, along with relevant professional experience in the last 5 years.

• Prior formal teaching experience at a university or college is preferred.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Access to a functioning laptop.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (greater than 10 MBPS).

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac.

• Availability during the hours of 12:30 pm to 7:30 pm IST.

• Strong knowledge of contemporary banking and finance.

• Expertise in risk management, banking governance, financial technology, and prudential regulation.

• An empathetic, ambitious, friendly, and outgoing personality, eager to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
