Online English Teacher, Kids and Adults

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Instruct English primarily to children, with some adult learners, throughout Asia.

• Conduct online lessons from the comfort of your home.

• Engage with students across Asia and immerse yourself in their diverse cultures.

• Teach during peak hours from Monday to Sunday, specifically between 12 PM and 4 PM SAST.

• Fulfill a minimum of 40 teaching hours each month.

• Complete the recruitment and onboarding process prior to starting.

• Create a significant impact on young learners through English education.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Must have completed an accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA certification, or be enrolled in the company's in-house program.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in online English teaching is necessary.

• Must be tech-savvy and have a quiet, professional teaching environment.

• A computer with an Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM or higher is essential.

• A fibre internet connection with 20 Mbps upload/download speed via LAN cable is required.

• A backup power UPS with 4 to 5 hours of battery life is necessary.

• A noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam are required for effective teaching.
