• Provide guidance and enroll eligible candidates into educational programs that align with their career aspirations and academic requirements.

• Cultivate relationships with potential students primarily through communication via phone and email.

• Assist prospective students throughout the application and enrollment journey.

• Stay updated on program details, objectives, enrollment procedures, requirements, and content.

• Deliver comprehensive and accurate presentations to prospective students and other interested individuals.

• Treat both prospective and enrolled students with professionalism and respect.

• Emphasize the university’s commitment to prioritizing student care.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Experience with data entry tasks.

• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems.

• Skilled in reception and telephone communication techniques.

• Experience in marketing or a similar field is preferred.
