Online Adjunct Faculty – User Centered Systems Design and Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment through a pre-developed online course.

• Deliver instruction, constructive feedback, and experiential learning opportunities.

• Assist students in reaching their educational and career aspirations.

• Report to the faculty dean team.

• Respond to student inquiries within designated timeframes and proactively assist those requiring extra support.

• Connect students with relevant resources.

• Promote participation, collaboration, and strong faculty-student relationships.

• Remain updated in the field and share expertise along with additional resources.

• Simplify complex topics for better understanding.

• Assess student submissions and provide personalized, constructive feedback.

• Encourage active engagement in online discussions.

• Cultivate an inclusive, engaging, and respectful atmosphere that fosters open dialogue and diverse viewpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Factors, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in user-centered design, use-centered design, usability engineering, and usability testing.
