Online Adjunct Faculty – Personal Financial Planning

📋 Description

• Engage students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment by offering guidance and resources within a pre-designed online course.

• Deliver instruction, feedback, and experiential, application-based learning experiences.

• Assist students in reaching their educational and career objectives.

• Report directly to the faculty dean team.

• Respond to student inquiries within established timeframes and proactively reach out to those requiring additional support.

• Understand student needs comprehensively and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Promote participation, collaboration, and strong relationships between faculty and students.

• Remain up-to-date in your area of expertise and share insights and supplementary materials.

• Simplify complex topics for better accessibility.

• Assess student submissions and provide personalized, constructive feedback within designated timeframes.

• Encourage active involvement in online discussions while creating an inclusive, engaging, and respectful learning environment.

• A Master's degree in Financial Planning or an MBA.

• At least 1 year of professional experience in personal financial planning.
