This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead scalable growth by converting healthcare software capabilities into quantifiable customer benefits.
• Promote adoption, operational integration, retention, and expansion within intricate, multi-stakeholder North American accounts.
• Oversee complex software expansion initiatives that align with broader sales goals.
• Create and implement customized account strategies that link customer requirements with software portfolio capabilities and value-realization objectives.
• Utilize insights from the healthcare market, including competitive challenges faced by integrated delivery networks, to inform expansion strategies.
• Formulate communication and engagement strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment and foster strategic customer relationships.
• Establish repeatable, scalable growth and expansion processes along with customer-expansion playbooks.
• Collaborate with regional leadership, territory sales, customer success, technical sales, and AOS teams to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Technical Sales Managers (TSMs) in account execution, technical solution positioning, and system lifecycle alignment.
• Propel cross-functional execution across sales, product, services, and finance departments.
• Cultivate strategic external partnerships and ecosystem relationships to support market expansion and promote health equity.
• Anticipate challenges related to adoption, integration, scalability, infrastructure, data flow, and cybersecurity.
• Contribute to business cases for new offerings, integrations, and market expansion initiatives.
• Analyze healthcare trends, market pressures, and customer adoption strategies to refine positioning and account strategy.
• Manage expansion risks within clinical, regulatory, and patient-impact constraints by employing staged rollouts and adoption-risk management techniques.
• Monitor adoption rates, expansion pipelines, and renewal health alongside customer success managers.
• Participate in quarterly performance reviews, forecasts, and leadership business updates.
• Influence complex sales cycles and enterprise account strategy through collaboration and business acumen.
• Encourage collaboration, execution excellence, and customer-focused growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare software sales, enterprise software, SaaS, or digital health, with a focus on large, complex accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with consulting, customer success, and technical sales teams to drive adoption and expansion.
• Experience in contributing to forecasts, account planning, and performance metrics within a matrixed environment.
• Strong influencing capabilities in matrixed, cross-functional contexts.
• Extensive knowledge of software adoption lifecycles and enterprise account dynamics.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare IT strategies, technology lifecycles, and interfacing/integration tactics.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on execution and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in negotiation, pricing/packaging, and business-case development for multi-year engagements.
• Proficient understanding of software architecture, cloud, AI-enabled capabilities, and delivery mechanics.
• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• No history of DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless legally exempt.
• Must comply with applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for full client-site access, which may include identification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
