This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Execute sales strategies by marketing existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the clinical efficacy of products, clearly communicate customer value propositions, provide clinical information/support, and meet sales targets.
• Perform business analyses and proactively seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts and according to call plan direction.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal stakeholders to develop account strategies, identify key accounts, and create penetration plans.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, inquiries, and approved supporting materials.
• Expand sales in both new and existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Leverage approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Employ closing techniques to progress sales to the next phase, such as securing another appointment, conducting in-services, or identifying patients.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner to enhance sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report to a District Manager while supporting the New England territory, which includes Boston and Springfield, Massachusetts, and Manchester, New Hampshire.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed, including for overnight stays and/or weekends.
• A minimum of two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the designated area or be willing to relocate.
• Experience in specialty sales and knowledge of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market is preferred.
• Background in hospital and large account sales, adeptness at managing complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and a proven track record of successful sales in a competitive setting is preferred.
