This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Engage with customers to meet their identified needs
• Inform key stakeholders about oncology products
• Connect with the wider oncology community
• Meet or surpass assigned sales targets within the designated territory
• Collaborate with territory team members to achieve or exceed sales objectives for the area
• Meet with key stakeholders to gain insights into practice structure, business models, and influential figures
• Cultivate business relationships and trust to identify customer needs
• Utilize approved resources and messaging to convey a patient-focused rationale for oncology products
• Apply knowledge of multidisciplinary care teams, cancer staging, treatment options, pathways, and guidelines
• Examine trends in complex purchasing environments and drug distribution channels
• Analyze patterns related to products purchased and prescribed
• Create and implement both short- and long-term plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager
• Comprehend customer priorities and needs through strategic questioning
• Ensure a uniform customer experience across various company divisions and functions
• Share valuable insights and collaborate with the customer team, including the Customer Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, and Medicare Account Executive
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience OR at least a high school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of comparable experience
• Comparable experience may consist of professional sales experience, healthcare/scientific work experience (oncology experience strongly preferred), professional marketing experience, or military service
• Possess a valid driver’s license and the capability to operate a vehicle
• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight travel of 10–15%
• Reside in or near the district
• Preferred: 2+ years of field-based oncology experience selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology clients
• Oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience is preferred
• Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role is preferred
• Open to U.S. and Puerto Rico residents only
