This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engage with customers to address their identified needs.
• Provide education to key stakeholders regarding oncology products.
• Participate in communication with the wider oncology community.
• Meet or exceed designated sales objectives within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with territory team members to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to grasp practice structure, business models, and influencers.
• Establish business relationships and build trust to identify customer needs.
• Utilize approved resources and messaging to convey patient-centered product value.
• Leverage knowledge of multidisciplinary care teams, cancer staging, treatment options, pathways, and guidelines.
• Assess trends in complex purchasing environments and drug distribution channels.
• Review patterns in product purchasing and prescribing.
• Formulate and implement both short- and long-term plans with the local team and district manager.
• Comprehend customer priorities and facilitate relevant product discussions.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across various company divisions and functions.
• Communicate and collaborate with the customer team, which includes the Customer Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, and Medicare Account Executive.
• Travel to meet customers in person and attend national sales meetings and industry conferences.
• Cover the Jacksonville territory, which includes Tallahassee, Florida, and Albany/Brunswick, Georgia.
• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience may encompass professional sales, healthcare/scientific work with oncology experience, professional marketing, or military experience.
• Oncology experience is highly preferred.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, including 10–15% overnight travel.
• Reside in or near the district.
• Preferably, possess 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers.
• Experience in oncology field sales or clinical oncology is preferred.
• A documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role is preferred.
• Candidates with less than 2 years of oncology field sales experience will be considered for the S2 level; candidates with 2+ years will be considered for the S3 level.
• Only residents of the US and Puerto Rico are eligible.
