This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee account management for designated customers, which includes contracting, invoicing, client status calls, and ongoing project supervision.

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective management of contracting, invoicing, project implementation, and routine status updates.

• Lead sponsorships for the IDEOlogy Health conference and related client engagement activities.

• Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships through ongoing communication.

• Deliver timely updates to clients, create presentations, identify opportunities for account growth, and facilitate client status calls.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client objectives, devise customized solutions, drive results, and explore new business prospects.

• Engage with current and prospective clients at conferences, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.

• Keep track of oncology market trends and developments; maintain prospect lists and monitor account engagement.

• Assist with client scheduling, communications, and pipeline tracking to ensure seamless operations and business continuity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a comparable role.

• Previous experience in Medical Education is advantageous.

• Outstanding organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects, stay detail-oriented, and adhere to deadlines.

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities, including interactions with senior-level organizational and client leaders.

• Solid understanding of the technical systems, applications, and equipment relevant to the role.

• Capability to prioritize and efficiently plan work activities and events.

• Capacity to make independent and sound decisions in varying situations.

• Ability to establish high standards and measures of excellence for quality assurance.

• Adaptability and effectiveness in dynamic environments, responsibilities, tasks, and team structures.

• Skill in quickly identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft products, Zoom Meetings, and project management software.

• Regular travel is required.
